How to track my order ? 
 All orders are shipped by La Poste services.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can track your order on the La Poste website.

We deliver all over the world!
What are the delivery times? 
Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been confirmed, allow 3 to 10 days for processing in our shipping center.
 
Metropolitan France: 3 to 10 working days *
DOM-TOM: 10 working days *
Europe: 5 to 10 working days *
World: 10 working days *

What if my tracking number indicates that my package has been delivered but I have not received anything?
First check in your mailbox if the postman left a notice there. Your package may also have been left with your neighbors or your caretaker during your absence (except security delivery because delivered against signature).
If you still cannot recover your package, we advise you to contact the post office customer service on 3631 (free call).
 
What if my package has been returned to you?
If your tracking number indicates that your package is in "return sender", the address given during your order may be incorrect or incomplete. We invite you to contact our customer service by indicating your order number, your tracking number as well as your corrected or completed delivery address (the recipient must be the one whose last name is written on the mailbox) - we then schedule a new shipment.
